We are happy to share that James Westbrook has been promoted to Product Manager, Data Analytics at SUI!

In this role, James is responsible for researching and analyzing product information to supplement continuous improvement projects and processes. He does this by interpreting data and identifying trends, as well as conducting analyses and benchmarking studies to determine areas to improve both internal and external client experiences.

James is a skilled researcher and analyst who joined the company in March 2022.

“James has significantly advanced the company’s data warehouse, analytics, and reporting capabilities, proving himself to be a committed advocate of change within the company,” said Darrell Purcell, VP of Information Technology at SUI. “Through direct partnership with technology vendors and collaboration with peers and business leaders, James has architected a best-in-class data platform, which is the source of SUI’s carrier, client, and operations dashboards and reporting. This platform has provided SUI the tools and analysis to conduct regular business performance reviews, in-depth client analysis, and on-demand reporting for internal stakeholders and clients – driving fundamental business improvements overall and differentiating us from the competition.”
