Kennesaw, Ga., June 30, 2023 — Breckenridge IS, Inc., a diversified insurance services firm, today announced the appointment of Angel Cruz as president and chief executive officer. Mr. Cruz succeeds David A. Jordan, who has been named chairman. Both appointments are effective immediately.

In a related move, the company has been renamed Steamboat IS, Inc. following the previously announced sale of its Insurance Services Division. With more than 300 employees across four distinct brands, Steamboat IS, Inc. delivers vital information, products and services in its Financial Services and Member Services segments.

Mr. Cruz joined Steamboat IS, Inc. in 2016 and has more than thirty years of industry experience. He most recently served as the company’s executive vice president and chief financial officer with leadership of its finance, accounting, strategic planning and information technology.

Mr. Jordan joined Steamboat IS, Inc. as president and chief executive officer in 2019. As chairman, he will continue to support the team and provide strategic guidance.
